# Hilton Grand Vacations unveils new Myrtle Beach resort

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. announced on August 24, 2026, the development of Ocean Reserve, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, an oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach. This property will be the company’s fourth in Myrtle Beach and its eighth in South Carolina, expanding its presence in the state.

Ocean Reserve is planned to feature 227 spacious one, two, and three-bedroom suites, each equipped with full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers. The resort will also include expansive presidential suites offering views of the Atlantic Ocean from a rooftop pool deck. Planned amenities for the resort include an indoor pool, a bar, a deli, a fitness center, and a multi-purpose activity area. Guests and members of Ocean Reserve will also have access to amenities at the adjacent Ocean 22, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, creating a campus-style experience.

Construction for Ocean Reserve began in December 2025 at 23rd Avenue North and North Ocean Boulevard, with occupancy anticipated in the second quarter of 2028. Sales for the property commenced in July 2026. The project represents Hilton Grand Vacations’ sixth collaboration with South Carolina-based Strand Capital Group, LLC.

Mark Wang, CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations, stated that the new resort will provide members and guests with more opportunities for vacations in a popular coastal destination. J. Patrick Lowe, founding partner of Strand Capital Group, LLC, expressed appreciation for the continued relationship with Hilton Grand Vacations, noting the resort will be a significant addition to Myrtle Beach.

The resort aims to offer convenient access to Myrtle Beach’s dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as the Golden Mile, a scenic stretch of coastline.
