Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. announced in July 2026 the start of sales for Ocean Reserve, a new oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach. This property will be the company’s fourth in Myrtle Beach and its eighth in South Carolina, expanding its presence in the Grand Strand region.

Ocean Reserve is situated adjacent to Ocean 22, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, at 23rd Avenue North and North Ocean Boulevard. The resort is designed to offer an enhanced experience with various amenities and accommodations. Construction on the property began in December 2025, with occupancy expected in the second quarter of 2028.

The resort will feature 227 one, two, and three-bedroom suites, each equipped with full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers. Additionally, expansive presidential suites will overlook a rooftop pool deck, providing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Planned amenities include an indoor pool, a bar, a deli, a fitness center, and a multi-purpose activity area. Guests of both Ocean Reserve and Ocean 22 will have access to amenities across both properties, creating a campus-style experience.

Mark Wang, CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations, stated that the project strengthens the company’s presence in South Carolina and offers more vacation opportunities in a popular coastal destination. He noted that Myrtle Beach is recognized as an iconic, family-friendly location, and Ocean Reserve aims to provide the quality accommodations and oceanfront setting travelers seek.

This development marks the sixth collaboration between Hilton Grand Vacations and South Carolina-based Strand Capital Group, LLC. J. Patrick Lowe, a founding partner of Strand Capital Group, LLC, expressed appreciation for the ongoing relationship and the opportunity to contribute to a new resort in Myrtle Beach.

Ocean Reserve will offer convenient access to Myrtle Beach’s dining, shopping, and entertainment options, as well as the Golden Mile, a scenic stretch of coastline known for its natural beauty.
