A Colorado luxury travel company that co-title sponsors Myrtle Beach's PGA Tour stop has paused flights and is facing three federal lawsuits that allege it misused customer deposits.

ONEflight International told customers in mid-September that it was halting all flight activity for at least 30 days while it reviewed its operations. The company specializes in private jet travel and joined Visit Myrtle Beach as a co-title sponsor of the Myrtle Beach Classic.

Court filings accuse the firm of encouraging prepaid, nonrefundable deposits for future flight hours while its obligations outran its ability to deliver those flights. One complaint says the company used newer deposits to cover earlier debts to customers, vendors, and charter operators and calls that pattern the hallmark of a Ponzi scheme.

Visit Myrtle Beach said it is excited to continue its sponsorship of the tournament in 2027 and looks forward to working with the PGA Tour, Dunes Golf and Beach Club, SportFive, and the local community.

The allegations in the suits have not been proven in court.
