Exciting Season Ahead for Mizzou Men’s Golf Team!
Columbia, Missouri – The excitement is building as the Missouri men’s golf team has officially announced its 2025-26 season schedule. Mark your calendars, because golf fans are in for a treat this year! Kicking off their season from September 8-10, the Tigers will head up to Grand Haven, Michigan for the prestigious Folds of Honor Collegiate. It’s not just any regular tournament; it features a strong lineup with 15 teams, including formidable rivals Alabama and in-state rivals Kansas.
If you didn’t catch the news, Alabama wrapped up last season with an impressive ranking of No. 18 nationally, while Florida State made waves with a top 10 finish. That’s some major competition right out of the gate for Mizzou!
Chasing Glory Up North
Following their first tournament, the Tigers will head north of the border to compete in the Canadian Collegiate Invitational from September 14-16 in Muskoka Lakes, Ontario. Last year, Mizzou pulled off a fantastic second-place finish there, so the team is definitely looking to bring back the glory this time around!
The month of September wraps up for the Tigers with the Blessings Collegiate Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas, from September 29 to October 1. Last year they placed ninth in this challenging tournament, and they’ll surely aim to improve on that performance.
Fall Finale Plans
The team will then head to Kettering, Ohio for the Moraine Intercollegiate on October 13-14, followed by a trip to Tulsa, Oklahoma for The Clerico on October 27-28, where they finished ninth out of 13 teams last season.
As the fall season comes to an end, it’s time to get cozy and gear up for spring! The Tigers will kick off 2026 in style from February 12-14 at the John Burns Intercollegiate in beautiful Lihue, Hawaii. It will be worth watching since they placed 11th out of 17 last year and are bound to make improvements.
A Busy March in South Carolina
The month of March promises an action-packed schedule as Mizzou heads to South Carolina for three tournaments. They’ll start with the Colleton River Challenge on March 1-2 in Bluffton, where they landed in 11th last season. The action continues with the General James Hackler Championship from March 15-17 in Myrtle Beach, which saw Mizzou finish 12th out of 16 teams last year. Wrapping up March, they will head to Awendaw for the Hootie at Bulls Bay from March 23-25, where they managed to secure a solid fifth place among 15 teams in the prior season.
Time to Show Off at Home!
Don’t forget, fans! Mizzou will host its very own Tiger Intercollegiate from April 6-7 at The Club at Old Hawthorne in Columbia. This tournament is particularly special since the Tigers clinched victory there last season against 17 teams—it’ll be thrilling to see if they can defend their title!
Final Stretch – SEC Championship
The grand finale of the season takes place at the SEC Championship, set for April 22-26 in stunning St. Simons Island, Georgia. Let’s hope the Tigers can bounce back from their last-place finish at this championship last season and make a splash in 2026!
The anticipation is building for another unforgettable season filled with fierce competition, camaraderie, and, of course, plenty of golf! Let’s cheer on the Tigers as they hit the greens and work hard to elevate their game this year!
