This expansion will take place at Clarios’ plant located at 1204 Old Walhalla Highway in West Union.

Based in Glendale, Wisconsin, Clarios is a prominent battery manufacturer and annually produces over 150 million advanced, low-voltage batteries for the mobility industry. The expansion in South Carolina is a critical step towards meeting the evolving market demands with advanced energy, Focusing on the future of transportation.

Clarios President of U.S. and Canada, Gerardo Gonzelez-Aleu, expressed excitement for the expansion in Oconee County.
