Myrtle Beach Prepares for the 2024 Home Improvement and Outdoor Living Show!

Hey, Myrtle Beach! Are you ready to roll up your sleeves for a little home improvement magic? The 2024 Home Improvement and Outdoor Living Show is making its grand return to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center from September 20 to 22, and it promises to be a fantastic opportunity for all you homeowners out there to get inspired and informed.

All About the Show

This year, over 200 vendors will be setting up shop, bringing along their best tips, tricks, and tools to help you turn your home into your dream oasis. According to Petrina Bartel, the special events coordinator for the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association, “Anything that has to do with the home, we’ll have there.” So whether you’re looking at remodeling your kitchen, sprucing up your garden, or even adding a pool, you won’t want to miss out!

The show is a great chance to get a jump start on your spring home improvement plans. You can ask your burning questions directly to the pros and even get hands-on advice. Exhibitors will have a plethora of home-related products to check out, including hurricane protection, plumbing, roofs, flooring, kitchens, baths, landscaping, and much more. There’s something for everyone!

Special Interest Booths and Local Goodies

And if all that wasn’t enough, you can look forward to some beloved booths making a comeback! The Clemson Extension Master Gardeners will be on hand, ready to answer your plant-related questions and share their top-notch gardening tips. Do you have a green thumb or are you looking to improve your gardening skills? This is your chance! Plus, there’s the talented Waccamaw Arts and Crafts Guild with their art sale, where you can snag unique pieces to brighten up your home while supporting local artists.

Let’s not forget about our furry friends! The Grand Strand Humane Society will again host their popular pet adoption booth. You might just find your new best buddy waiting for you! Oh, and they’re also running a Holiday Pop-Up Shop fundraiser stuffed with treats, toys, and other goodies for your fur-babies. Every penny made goes directly to helping animals in need!

What Else Can You Expect?

This year, the show will treat you to some exciting new vendors showcasing unique products, including plunge pools and even experts in rose culture. So if you’re looking to add a touch of luxury to your backyard or just want to learn more about caring for roses, you’re in for a treat!
