Dashing Through the Streets: Surfside Beach Golf Cart Parade
Kicking things off, we’ve got the 2024 Surfside Beach Halloween Golf Cart Parade this Saturday at 3 p.m. This year’s parade promises to be as colorful and creative as ever! Imagine an entire parade of decked-out golf carts cruising through the streets, and it all starts at Poplar Drive South and 3rd Avenue South. The route is set to take participants west on 3rd Avenue South, turn right on Floral Drive, and then glide east onto Surfside Drive right up to Ocean Boulevard!
Don’t forget to keep an eye out for some fantastic decorations and maybe even some surprise performances along the way. If you’re in the parade, feel free to loop back downtown using 3rd Avenue South to soak in even more of that Halloween spirit!
Halloween BOOnanza: A Night of Fun!
Looking for something more interactive? Head over to the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex on October 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the Halloween BOOnanza! This event is a dream come true for families looking to enjoy the holiday in a fun, safe environment. With activities that range from magic shows to marshmallow roasting, kids will have plenty to keep them entertained.
And that’s not all! There are going to be games and inflatables that will make it an unforgettable evening. Make sure to come dressed in your best Halloween costume – you never know what surprises await!
Trick or Treat in Georgetown
If you’re up for a little road trip, the city of Georgetown is also getting into the spooky spirit with a trick-or-treating event on October 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.. This is an excellent opportunity for kiddos 12 and under to fill their bags with candy along Front Street. It’s always great to see the little ones in their costumes, so why not take a stroll and enjoy a night filled with sugary smiles?
