Around 10:14 p.m., police were called to the 600 block of North Ocean Boulevard to tackle a public disturbance involving a man and an *aggressive* canine. Things escalated quickly, leaving our local community shocked and concerned.

He was apprehended by the police and now faces several charges, including a pretty serious one — possession of a dangerous animal.
