This maneuver caused the BMW to collide head-on with a Honda sedan making its way northward. The impact led the BMW to overturn and subsequently burst into flames. The Toyota pickup ended up crashing into the BMW following the first collision.
All lives lost during the incident belonged to the occupants of the BMW and the Honda driver.
