Head coach Jordan Byrd is maintaining the same lineup for the Tigers for a third consecutive tournament. Leading the squad is none other than Lucas Augustsson, who boasts the top stroke average on the team at 71.50. He’s no slouch on the greens either, holding the best scores in both par three (3.05) and par four (3.97) situations. Augustsson made a splash previously by finishing seventh at the Invitational.
Making waves in the team is Oscar Bredkjaer, a talented transfer from San Francisco, who has a scoring average of 72.00. He’s claimed the title of the team leader in birdies, racking up an impressive 22. He also recorded a stunning round of 65 during the season opener.
Rich Willis, a sophomore with a scoring average of 72.50, has been showcasing his skills with impressive rounds in the 60s and even one round at par. Furthermore, Thomas Higgins had a notable finish at Myrtle Beach, where he secured an eighth-place finish—marking his fifth career top 10.
Rounding out the team lineup is Colin Salema, who has an average score of 75.17. Despite a slower start, he showcased promise with a strong summer performance that saw him finish second at the Monroe Amateur.

Making his career debut will be freshman Sam Duran, who will be competing as an individual in Columbia—a fantastic opportunity to showcase his talent. Unfortunately, fellow freshman Jackson Byrd will miss his second consecutive tournament due to a back injury. Let’s hope for a speedy recovery!
