John’s legacy continues through his four children: John Ford, Jr. and his wife Lisa, from Sutton; Joseph Ford and his wife Lauren, from Paxton; Jennifer Breslin and her husband Roger, from Hopkinton; and Erin McCann and her husband Sean, from Spencer. Each of them carries forward their father’s spirit and values, raising their children to follow in the same footsteps.

The couple also explored the beauty of the U.S. and Europe, cherishing every moment together as they created a wealth of memories. To pay their respects, calling hours for John will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Athy Memorial Home located at 111 Lancaster St., Worcester. Following this, a funeral Mass is set to be celebrated on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Bernard’s Church, culminating with burial at Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Ave., Paxton.
