Sponsored by the Coastal Carolina National Bank and the city itself, the series showcases a different band each Thursday throughout the summer. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support local music and experience community spirit.

Bring Your Beach Chairs!

As you prepare for a fun-filled night, don’t forget to bring your beach chairs! They’re the perfect way to kick back, relax, and enjoy the show. Just a heads up, the Horseshoe area will open up for chair placement starting at 2 p.m.. Before that, the area will be buzzing with beachgoers, so make sure to plan ahead to secure your spot!

Parking and Traffic Alerts

Speaking of planning, it’s important to note the parking and traffic arrangements for the evening. The Horseshoe parking lot will close down at 2 p.m. to prepare for the concert setup, so if you’re driving, make sure you arrive before then. If you fail to snag a spot there, worry not! Other parking options are available, but you may need to leave early to find an alternative.

To keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, Main Street will close to traffic at 3:30 p.m., covering the stretch between Ocean Boulevard and McMillan Real Estate. For those traveling by golf cart, designated parking spots on Main Street won’t be available until 5 p.m., and spaces are likely to fill up fast, so it’s best to arrive early!

In addition, make sure to remember that Ocean Boulevard will also experience closures, shutting down from 4 p.m. onwards from First Avenue North to First Avenue South. So, if you’re planning to head to the concert, steer clear of the traffic snarls by arriving early and giving yourself plenty of time.
