Initially, operations at the marina began on March 1, and the management team anticipates reaching full capacity by late June in time for the annual Riverfest celebration. Currently, four employees are running the marina, but plans are in motion to hire an additional six to eight staff members for the restaurant. The Conway Marina is undergoing enhancements to improve its infrastructure, including the installation of new fuel pumps, repainting facilities, upgrading railings, and paving additional areas. These upgrades aim to elevate the overall guest experience and facilitate smooth operations.

The Outpost’s offerings will not include jet skis or pontoon boats, focusing instead on safety with its rental items. However, future expansion could see the addition of electric bicycle rentals once a nearby bike path is completed, further promoting outdoor activities among visitors.

The current operating hours for the marina are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays, with seasonal adjustments planned to accommodate varying visitor patterns.
