Norman signed with GSU on November 9, 2022, prior to his senior year at Ringgold. During his two years as a Panther, he made notable contributions to the team, participating in 32 games and starting 17 of them. Over the course of his college career at GSU, he recorded 98 strikeouts in 102 innings, achieving an overall record of 5-9. In his freshman year, he primarily played as a reliever, but by 2025, he transitioned into a starting role, pitching in 16 games with a record of 5-8 and 68 strikeouts.
