South Carolina Women’s Golf at Tot Hill Farm Invitational
Four individuals from South Carolina women’s golf are set to compete in the Tot Hill Farm Invitational in Asheboro, N.C. The tournament, hosted by the College of Charleston, will take place at Tot Hill Farm Golf Club on Monday and Tuesday. The event includes 36 holes of play on Monday, with the final 18 holes on Tuesday. Round one is scheduled to begin Monday at 7:42 a.m.
The Gamecocks participating as individuals are Yana Beeli, Camila Burnett, Nicole Koong, and Maylis Lamoure. Yana Beeli, a freshman from Switzerland, will make both her season and collegiate debut. Nicole Koong, a junior transfer from Cal Poly, will also be making her Gamecock debut.
The Tot Hill Farm Golf Club course is a par-72 layout, measuring 6,023 yards. The course was ranked No. 7 Best Course You Can Play in North Carolina by GolfWeek2026. Renovations in 2023 and 2024 converted all greens to Prizm zoysia grass and expanded their size.
The field for the invitational consists of 13 teams. Along with the College of Charleston as host, other participating teams include Coastal Carolina, Wofford, Charlotte, Old Dominion, UNC Asheville, UNCW, Elon, Tennessee Tech, Radford, Western Carolina, and Campbell. South Carolina, Coastal Carolina, and Wofford are the only teams from the Palmetto State competing.
Coastal Carolina’s women’s golf team will continue their fall season at this event. Head coach Katie Quinney’s lineup includes Carla Bourdeaux, Varatkarn Kunkaew, Anna Brehm, Aoife Devaney, and Kate Ryan, with Celeste Mangeat competing as an individual. Last year, Carla Bourdeaux won the individual title at the Tot Hill Farm Invitational with a three-under 141, and Coastal Carolina finished third overall as a team.
Old Dominion women’s golf will also compete, with a lineup featuring Puneet Bajwa, Barbara Car, Lucia Gonzalez, Darby Hancock, and Ellie Johnson. Old Dominion finished fifth as a team at Furman’s Lady Paladin Invitational on September 18-20. Lucia Gonzalez was recognized as Sun Belt Golfer of the Week after tying for eighth place with a five-under par 211. Old Dominion secured a runner-up finish at last year’s tournament with a combined 14-over par 590.
