Garden City Streetscape Project Groundbreaking Scheduled
A significant milestone for Garden City’s streetscape project is being recognized with a groundbreaking ceremony. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the Corporal Michael Ambrosino Memorial Parking Lot, located at 115 S. Waccamaw Drive in Garden City.
Construction for the multi-phase project began earlier this month. As a result, road detours are currently in place on S. Waccamaw Drive. Attendees at the ceremony will have the opportunity to learn more about the planned improvements for the coastal community, according to information provided by the Horry County Government.
