Character

A resort-within-a-city atmosphere defined by manicured landscaping, gated entry points, waterfront promenades, and architecturally cohesive Mediterranean and coastal contemporary homes. The private Ocean Club anchors social life; the two marinas — Marina Inn and the Resort Club Marina — accommodate vessels up to 120 feet.

History

Grande Dunes was master-planned and launched in the late 1990s by the Grande Dunes Development Company on former timber and agricultural land. Buildout has been phased across more than 20 years, with the final oceanfront parcels among the last premium lots on the developed Grand Strand.
